A walkthrough of the Dungenez dashboard and chat analyst
This page is not indexed and isn't linked from our real site — it exists solely as evidence for Google's Ads API review. Sections below are labeled live today where the integration is real and working, and preview where it depends on the API access being requested.

About Dungenez
Dungenez is a multi-tenant SaaS product built for owners of small and mid-size Shopify stores. Each merchant connects their own Shopify store and ad/analytics accounts through OAuth; Dungenez reads that data, compares it against the merchant's own history and against anonymized industry benchmarks, and answers plain-language questions over chat (Telegram today, WhatsApp Business API in testing) — the way a senior e-commerce manager would, instead of handing back a dashboard the merchant has to interpret themselves.
Every integration is read-only by design: Dungenez never writes to or modifies a merchant's store, ad campaigns, or analytics settings. Each merchant's data is isolated at the database level (row-level security), and OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed to the browser.
Our Google Ads API use case
Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4 + Search Console) integrations are live today and already power the chat analyst above. The Google Ads API is the one integration still pending — ask the chat an Ads-related question to see exactly what it will add.
Once a merchant connects their Google Ads account, Dungenez would pull campaign-level reporting data — cost, clicks, impressions, conversions, and resulting CPA/ROAS — through the Google Ads API's reporting endpoints, scoped strictly to read access. No mutate operations, no bid or budget changes, no automation of any kind against the account.
That data would be fetched on the same pattern already used for Shopify/Meta/GA4: a scheduled daily sync for trend tracking, plus on-demand calls whenever the merchant asks the chat analyst an Ads-related question. The purpose is always the same one Dungenez already serves for its other integrations — putting Ads performance next to the merchant's own Shopify revenue and GA4 conversion data, so the answer accounts for the whole funnel instead of one channel in isolation.
Each merchant explicitly connects their own Google Ads account through the standard OAuth consent screen; Dungenez never accesses an account a merchant hasn't authorized.
