Your whole business, one message away
Connect Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Analytics and Google Ads once — then just message Dungenez on WhatsApp. A team of specialized AI agents (SEO, Ads, Conversion, CRM & Lifecycle) digs into your data and answers with the judgment of a senior e-commerce manager, not another chart for you to interpret.

About Dungenez
Dungenez is the e-commerce manager your Shopify store doesn't have. Connect your store and your ad/analytics accounts once, and from then on you just talk to your business on WhatsApp, the way you'd talk to a person. Dungenez compares your data against your own history and against your industry's benchmarks, and when a question needs to go deeper, it calls in a team of AI specialists (SEO, Ads, Conversion, CRM & Lifecycle) each trained in their own discipline.
Every integration is read-only by design: Dungenez never writes to or modifies a merchant's store, ad campaigns, or analytics settings. Each merchant's data is isolated at the database level, and access tokens are stored encrypted and never exposed to the browser.
How each integration works
Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4 + Search Console) are already connected today and power the chat analyst above. Google Ads is the newest integration — ask the chat something about Google Ads to see how it responds.
Once a merchant connects their Google Ads account, Dungenez pulls campaign-level performance data — cost, clicks, impressions, conversions, and resulting CPA/ROAS — with strictly read-only access. No bids, budgets, or any other account setting are ever changed.
That data is fetched on the same pattern as the other integrations: a scheduled daily sync for trend tracking, plus on-demand calls whenever a merchant asks the analyst something specific. The goal is always the same — put each channel's performance next to the store's real revenue, so the answer accounts for the whole funnel instead of one channel in isolation.
Each merchant connects their own account through the standard OAuth consent screen; Dungenez never accesses an account a merchant hasn't authorized.
